Living with Brain Injury Information Mornings

Headway Dorset and Dorset Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust jointly host a 'Living with Brain Injury' event. These quarterly sessions are run in partnership and are open to anyone who is interested in finding out more about brain injury, service users, carers, professionals and employers.

People are welcome to drop in there will be information available on a range of topics including problems that may be experienced following brain injury such as fatigue, pacing and memory.  There is valuable confidential advice on continuing rehabilitation and returning to work.

Carers Support Meetings

Headway Dorset holds carer support meetings in Poole which everyone is always welcome to we will potentially be holding them in Dorchester as well. Meetings are currently under review to determine how regularly people would like to get together and support one another.
