What Headway Means To Me
If I didn't come to Headway
My life would be very boring
There would be nothing to get out of bed for
And I suppose I'd just carry on snoring.
So it gives me that incentive
To get up and have a shave
Cos when you're recovering from an accident
You must grit your teeth and be very brave.
Yes, Headway has saved me
From a life just filled of sorrow
And I can see light at the end of the tunnel
As I look forward to tomorrow
You have to look on the bright side of life
And put your troubles behind you
Thankful for the warmth and support
That stopped me from feeling blue
Every cloud has a silver lining
And since I've discovered Headway House
The sun is always shining!!!!
