Rehabilitation Coaches

Supported by Headway Dorset's nursing and therapy team, the rehabilitation coaches assist clients to achieve short and longer term goals to improve their independence, in a social environment. Rehabilitation coaches carry out the following activities:-

• Accessing voluntary work,
• Assisting with completing forms,
• Assisting clients to access public transport,
• Supporting sports and recreational activities,
• Leading group activities such as our allotment group, swimming group and gym group.
